22/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - Olivier Dupuis and Gianfranco Dell'Alba, members of the Bonino list in the European Parliament, were indignant at seeing Libya "enthroned" in Geneva, chairing the United Nations Commission on Human Rights, by 33 votes for and 3 against(including the United States and Canada) and 17 abstentions, "of which at least seven EU countries members of that Commission (these seven countries are: France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Austria and Sweden)...
