Basque organisation, SEGI, protests against being put on list of terrorist associations

Luxembourg, 17/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Basque association SEGI (Organisation of Independent Revolutionary Youth) and its spokesperson Araitz Zubimendi Izaga, based in Hernani in Spain and Aritza Galarraga based in Senpere in France, are requesting the EU Court of the First Instance to condemn the Council of the EU and send EUR one million to each of the Basques for damages they claim to have suffered on 27 December 2001 when the Council of the EU included them on a list of individuals...
