17/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - By applying the accelerated procedure, the Commission has allowed Apax a stake in do-it-yourself products retailer Focus Wickes which will be jointly controlled by Apax and Duke Street Capital Holdings Limited. The green light has also been given to CapVis (Switzerland) and Quadriga Fund II (United Kingdom) for the joint control of Zellweger Uster Switzerland (electronics).
