15/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - During his press conference in Strasbourg, Costas Simitis spoke of the "probability of a more rapid accession process for Croatia". "The Presidency, Greece and the Union as a whole want integration of the Balkans", he added, stressing with Romano Prodi that there will be "no collective assessment" and that each will be judged on merit.
