Brussels, 15/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - At the end of their dinner at the Elysée on 14 January, Jacques Chirac and Gerhard Schroeder announced that they were going to present to their counterparts and to Valery Giscard d'Estaing a joint proposal on the presidency of the European Council and the Commission.
