Commission assures that Galileo is on right track

Brussels, 15/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Commission published a press release so as to assure that, despite difficulties within the European Space Agency, "Galileo is pursuing its path". As we mentioned last week (EUROPE of 8 January, p.10), the European Commission wants to reassure - especially industrialists - stressing that provisions have been taken to push forward with the project even if the part managed by ESA is blocked for the moment.
