Denmark joins the side of partisans of a European Council president but lays down conditions for participation of small Member States - Rasmussen reveals his reform proposals

Brussels, 15/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the Danish Prime Minister joined the ranks of those in favour of a permanent president of the European Council but laying down conditions for participation of "small" Member States.
