Brussels, 08/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Union and the 77 ACP signatories to the Cotonou Agreement (Africa, Caribbean and Pacific) have laid out the way in which non-allocated financial resources will be allocated, as well as uncommitted interest subsidies from the 8th European Development fund (8th EDF), which stand at EUR 254.2 million.
