08/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - On 1 January the Netherlands took over the presidency of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe, from Portugal. The Dutch OSCE presidency has indicated that one its main priorities will by the fight against trafficking in human beings, weapons and drugs.
