ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) pharmaceuticals

The venture capital company HG CAPITAL has acquired, for the sum of EUR 40 million, a controlling stake of 73% in the Dutch company, PBR - PHARMA BIO-RESEARCH. The operation gives the company a value of EUR 90 million, debt included.
