The French group, VALLOUREC, specialised in seamless steel tubing, has acquired the American company, ITP - INTERNATIONAL TUBULAR PRODUCTS (annual turnover $25 million), specialised in tubes for condensers in stainless steel. The operation was achieved through VALTIMET, a joint venture formed with Japanese SUMITOMO.
