Brussels, 06/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - On 9 January the Praesidium of the European Convention will be holding its first meeting of 2003, focussing on preparing for the 20/21 January plenary session, which will be looking at institutional issues, explained Convention spokesperson Nikolaus Meyer-Landrut on Monday to reporters.
