06/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - In a press release Walter Schwimmer, Council of Europe Secretary General, has deplored the end of the OSCE Assistance Group in Chechnya, praising past cooperation between the Council of Europe experts in Chechnya and the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe group.
