Brussels, 04/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - Speaking before the European Parliament plenary on Wednesday, the President of the EU Council, Bertel Haarder, predicted the main themes of the European Council of Copenhagen (enlargement and its institutional impact, the report by Chairman of the European Convention Valéry Giscard d'Estaing).
