Through its specialised subsidiary ALD INTERNATIONAL, SOCIETE GENERALE has paid an undisclosed amount for HERTZ LEASE (directly located in 17 countries with a total fleet of 180,000 cars), the automobile fleet management subsidiary of the automobile manufacturer FORD.
