Brussels, 04/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - President Prodi, flanked by Commissioners Barnier and Vitorino are presenting Thursday at 9.30 hrs. to the European Parliament, then at 15.00 hrs. to the European Convention, the Commission's contribution on "An Institutional Architecture at the service of Europe" (see EUROPE of 2/3 December, p.5). Other than a text of some twenty pages, the Commission's services have drawn up a study that represents a legal simulation of what the text of the future...
