04/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - The four parties represented at the Hungarian Parliament have just reached agreement on the organisation, on 12 April 2003, of a referendum on the country's EU membership, and have voted the amendments needed for the constitution to allow such accession. Poll results show that Hungarians make up one of the most enthusiastic nations for joining the Union in 2004.
