Court condemns eight Member States for concluding open skies agreements with the United States

Luxembourg, 05/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Court of Justice has condemned the United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria and Germany for violating the European Commission's external competence over air fares on intra-Community routes and computerised reservations systems (CRS) by concluding "open skies" agreements with the United States.
