According to Fischler, any delay in CAP reform could block WTO round and weaken EU's position

Brussels, 05/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - In an interview published on 5 November by the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, European Commissioner for Agriculture Franz Fischler said he wished to clarify as swiftly as possible the questions surrounding the CAP that the European Council in Brussels had left outstanding.
