04/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - European Commission President Romano Prodi last week expressed deep regret, after learning of the dramatic consequences of the earthquake that killed a large number of children in a school in San Giuliano di Puglia. "I share the anguish of the whole country", as does the rest of Europe, declared President Prodi, even before knowing the full measure of the tragedy.
