Brussels, 04/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, the High Level Group of experts on company law, chaired by Dutch academic Jaap Winter presented the Commission with its report on corporate governance. The report makes recommendations concerning, among other things, the salaries of company directors, shareholder information and the independent nature of audits.
