04/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Franco-German Economic and Financial Council held its 31st meeting on 4 November in Berlin, with the participation of Finance Ministers Francis Mer and Hans Eichel. One of the main items on the agenda was the practicalities of implementation of the Stability Pact (see also Europe of 1 November, page 6).
