04/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Committee of Permanent Representatives (Coreper) approved without debate on Wednesday the common position adopted by the Council last June on adoption of the directive on access to port services. The common position is expected to be adopted formally without debate by the Ecofin Council on Tuesday.
