Luxembourg/Brussels, 25/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The First Chamber of the Court of First Instance (made up of judges Bo Vesterdorf (denmark), Jörg Pirrung (Germany) and Nicholas Forwood (UK) has annulled the European Commission's decision vetoing the merger of Swedish packaging company Tetra Laval and France's Sidel, along with the Commission decision ordering the separation of the two companies.
