GENERAL NEWS / (eu) ep/charter of fundamental rights

25/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The EP has adopted the Duff report calling for the Charter of Fundamental Rights to be incorporated without amendment in the EU's future Constitutional Treaty. We will return to this issue in detail. (See yesterday's Europe, p.7, on the report by Vitorino's Working Group.)
