25/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Permanent Representatives Committee (COREPER) has put off until next week ( to leave more time for translations) approval of the Council common decision of June 2002 on the adoption of the directive on access to port service markets. Following endorsement by COREPER, the common position is likely to formally adopted without debate at the 5 November ECOFIN Council.
