Brussels, 24/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - At the end of its 13th general assembly, held on Berlin late September on "Putting rights at the Centre of the EU Strategy against Social Exclusion", the European Anti-Poverty Network (EAPN) adopted a declaration in which it "calls on decision-makers in Europe to take actions that would ensure the effective exercise of the rights to protection against poverty and social exclusion for all who live in the EU Member states".
