EP slams US unilateralism, stressing importance of United Nations

Strasbourg, 24/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament is "concerned" at increasing United States' unilateralism, and is highlighting the importance of the United Nations. A resolution on the EU's strategy for combatting terrorism, that was adopted on Thursday, highlights this concern of the MEPs. The resolution was adopted by 370 to 40 with 59 abstentions.
