Brussels, 24/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - After the European Central Bank's Governing Council meeting on Thursday, the ECB President, Wim Duisenberg, expressed concern over the current debate over the Stability and Growth Pact. He told reporters that the Bank had published a press release expressing its concern about the debate currently raging virtually everywhere in Europe.
