Brussels, 07/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Union and Switzerland held, on Friday in Brussels, a second negotiating session on cooperation in the fields of justice and home affairs and more especially on accession by the Swiss Confederation to the Schengen Agreement. The interpretation of the impact of the provisions of the Schengen Agreement on judicial cooperation is, for now, one of the main points of the discussion.
