07/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - An attentive reader has correctly pointed out that the report that the European Parliament and the Council of Europe's Parliamentary Assembly had held their first joint meeting on Tuesday 24 September (see Europe of 26 September, p.6) needs to be supplemented.
