Ecofin Council should support regulation and surveillance method of insurance and banking proposed by Economic and Finance Committee

Brussels, 07/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, in Luxembourg, the Ecofin Council is expected to approve a report by the Economic and Finance Committee (EFC), which proposes an institutional architecture for the surveillance and adoption of European legislation in the field of banking and insurance.
