US company RH DONNELLEY, expert in yellow page advertising, has acquired the US SPRINT company's directory business for USD for 2.23 bn. The operation will give birth to the largest producers of directories quoted on the stock market, with more than 260 telephone directories (yellow and white pages) distributed to 18 million customers in 18 States.
