DEUTSCHE TELEKOM has taken over 50.01% of BEN, the third largest Dutch mobile telephone operator for EUR 1.7 by buying up sections of BELGACOM (11%), TDC (14.7%) and CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON (24.3%). DEUTSCHE TELEKOM now controls 100% of BEN.
