24/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament delegation to the European Convention had its usual meeting on Tuesday, on the fringe of the European Parliament's plenary session. EUROPE has reason to believe that it was quite a rowdy session in which, notably, several criticisms were levelled at the conclusions of the Convention's working group on subsidiarity, the first to have submitted a report (see EUROPE of 21 September, p.3). We shall return to this.
