24/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR) is launching its fourth edition of the European prize for public transport on the theme of support of citizens for unpopular political choices. Candidatures from local and regional organisations can be submitted up to 31 January 2003 and prize-giving will take place on 5 June.
