ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) cellulose

The Norwegian group ORKLA (media, food, chemicals) has taken control via its chemical subsidiary BORREGAARD, the Swiss manufacturer of cellulose ATISHOLZ (turnover of NOK 625 millions in 2001 with a workforce of 350) for approximately NOK 650 millions.
