Commission launches drawing competition for the young

Brussels, 12/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has recently decided to launch a competition with a view to selecting a design to appear on the official postcard for the European Year of the Disabled in 2003. The Commission, which is organising this European Year in close collaboration with the European Forum of the Disabled, invites young people aged 10 to 15 to imagine a design showing how the world can be changed for better integration of the disabled.
