Brussels, 26/06/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has decided to take before the Court of Justice: Spain for having imposed restrictions on the free provision of maritime transport services in Galicea, considered contrary to the legislation on maritime cabotage; - France and Ireland for poor application of legislation on the control of ships by the State of the port.
