US group AOL TIME WARNER bought 15.3% of UK music publishing business, EMI's, German music television channel, VIVA MEDIA (turnover EUR 60 million in 2001) for EUR 52 million. AOL TIME WARNER is expected to keep 30.6% of stock and 45% of voting rights in the German chain.
