Brussels, 26/06/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has adopted Country Strategy Papers for co-operation between Mexico Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. In these papers it sets out five the projects which will receive funding in the regions, which goes beyond the "horizontal" projects covering Latin America as a whole such as ALFA in education, AL-INVEST for companies, and URB-AL, which seeks to set up thematic networks between the local authorities in the two continents.
