EDF-ELECTRICITY DE France and the Slovak government have signed a contract for EDF's buy out of 49% of stock in SSE, the electricity distribution company in central Slovakia for EUR 158 million. A contract for 49% of ZSE, the Western Slovakian electricity company was concluded on 13 June with the German E.ON group for EUR 330 million.
