09/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - Speaking to reporters on Monday, Mike Moore, WTO Secretary General, said Russia had every chance of joining the World Trade Organisation in the next 18 months. He said that many laws still had to be passed before Russia could join, and Moscow had to continue down the road of reform and open its markets up more.
