GROUP 4 SECURITAS (Danish group GROUP 4 FALCK), Belgian leader in the goods and people security market, has acquired the activities of the WINGS SECURITY surveillance group. These activities account for EUR 8.3 million and employ 220 workers. GROUP 4 SECURITAS will also take over the activities of the ISIS security training school.
