The ALCATEL, SES GLOBAL and GILAT companies have announced the creation of a joint venture in the satellite sector. This will involve a capital injection of EUR 200 million and will employ a staff of 120. SES and GILAT will each have a 40% stake in the company, with ALCATEL having a 20% share.
