KIRCHMEDIA, flagship in the German communication group, KIRCH, has given an official declaration of its results. An emergency bail-out has been adopted, which will see BAYERISCHE LANDESBANK, HYPOVEREINSBANK and DEUTSCHEBANK providing an emergency loan of several hundred million Euros aimed to guarantee the immediate survival of the KIRCHMEDIA company.
