Advocate General Léger sees subsidies to public passenger transport undertakings as state aid that must be notified to Commission

Luxembourg, 20/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - Advocate General Philippe Léger considers that subsidies granted by the Member States to public passenger transport undertakings are state aid which must be notified to the Commission, explains a Court of Justice press release.
