Luxembourg, 20/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Court of First Instance has confirmed the existence of a cartel in the European district heating market, but reduced the fines imposed on two of the eight undertakings involved. The EUR 70,000,000 fine imposed on ABB Asea Brown was reduced to EUR 65,000,000 and the EUR 400,000 fine imposed on Sigma Tecnologie di rivestimento was reduced to EUR 300,000.
