20/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - There was an unfortunate error in our account of the European Parliament budgetary guidelines for 2003. In fact, MEPs did not approve the amendment by Charles Bradbourn asking for 30% of the Committee of the Region's budget to be placed in a performance reserve until the costs and advantages of the organisation are sorted out.
