Brussels, 20/03/2002 (Agence Europe) - The debate over the Barcelona European Council at the extraordinary plenary session organised by the European Parliament in Brussels in the afternoon of 20 March revealed a predictable split between the Centre-Right, which was relatively happy with the outcome (although it would have preferred greater energy market liberalisation) and the far more critical Left, which was also not happy with the restrictions on freedom of movement for Barcelona...
